The hotel comprises of 14 storeys, 129 bedrooms, built over a basement, which houses the staff areas and storage units. The hotel has 2 conference rooms, one seating 400, the other seating 120 people, 7 meeting rooms and it has car parking facilities for up to 200 vehicles. There is also a fully fitted gym in the basement. The tower section of the Hotel is constructed using a flat slab insitu concrete frame with a stair core at each end of the tower to give it stability. Each core is finished in Sto render while, the main section is cladded in a proprietary cladding system from Italy installed by Permasteelisa. The bathrooms are pods, which were rolled into place prior to the window system being installed. One of the most difficult parts of this hotel is the 90 seater restaurant on the 13th floor. The design and construction of full kitchen, mechanical and electrical facilities at such a high level were completed with diligence from all involved and now Dundalk has one of the highest restaurants in Ireland.
