The Project comprises the complete strip out of three storey building including all internal walls Toilet Cores, and Reception etc.
All existing roof plant was removed including the existing chilled units and complete removal of existing fan coil units and wall heaters to all floors
All existing wiring was removed and replaced with new lighting and power circuits.
Existing Roof was leak tested and repaired
Upgrade of the existing passengers Lifts
Refurbishment Works
New Toilet cores were completed on each floor with full fit out
New Reception Area was completed to BDG specification and Design
All floors to be completed with suspended ceiling and carpet floor tiles
Full Height Walnut Doors give access to all Floors
Stair cores and lobbies upgraded to suit overall Building design
Complete new lighting and power system to all floors including Fire Alarm and security system
New mechanical system installed consisting of the heat recovery system using lossnay units.
New ramp for wheel chair access including upgrade of the existing carpark
Full testing and upgrading of the existing boilers and BMS system
