The project involved the Design Construction of a 125 Bed (3 star) hotel, 154 apartments, 2,000 sq.m of retail space and 4,000 sq.m of office space. The logistical challenges on this project were immense. The site is bounded on all sides by extremely heavily trafficked streets. The project also involved the demolition by explosion of an existing 14 storey tower block, whilst construction work continued elsewhere on site.
