We are delighted to share that the Bank Buildings, Belfast completed for Primark has been shortlisted for 2 categories at the Irish Construction Excellence Awards.

The Bank Buildings is a seven storey retail building located in the heart of Belfast’s city centre.
The project involved the refurbishment of the extremely badly damaged Grade B1 listed building following a devastating fire in 2018. 

The reinstated Bank Buildings provides 88,100sqft retail over five retail levels, complete with a nail and beauty bar, a Disney café and back of house facilities
