Site Preparation Works Commence at East Road, Dublin

Bennett have started site preparation works on the new East Road Residential Development.  

The project will include the development of 9 apartment blocks and 2 duplex blocs comprising of 554 build to rent apartments.  

As well as residential units, the development will include 43,162ft2 of commercial space which will feature a café, creche and retail units.   The works are due for completion in April 2026.
