First Tower Crane Erected at East Road

The first tower crane of many has been erected at our East Road Project in Dublin City Centre. 

The concrete works have commenced, with ground floor slabs installed at the start of Phase 1 and decking commenced for first floor slabs.

When complete, the project will include 9 apartment blocks and 2 duplex blocks arranged around a central public plaza and comprises of 554 build to rent apartments.  

As well as residential units, the development will include 4,000m2 of commercial space which will feature a café, creche and retail units.
