Project Update - Present Made of Eddington

It’s been a busy and productive time at Eddington and the project is really starting to come together.

In S1, works are going well. Phase 4 Internal works and MEP final testing and commissioning are nearly complete, and decoration works have commenced. Hard and soft landscape works are nearing completion on phase 3 and have also commenced on phase 4. We successfully handed over Phase 2 in early May, and we’re on track to hand over Phase 3 on in July. Our final handover is planned for October.

In S2, we’re also making great progress. Facade works are nearly finished, with scaffolding now removed on three blocks and the fourth underway. Bolt on balconies have also been installed to three blocks with the last block to follow in July. Internal works and MEP testing and commissioning are close to completion on three blocks, with the fourth progressing well. Decoration and final finishes are underway across all blocks, and we’re working toward our first handover in August.
