This turnkey Power Base Building (PBB) facility was the first phase of a number of units to be developed on the 10 acre site capable of supporting 11.5MVA IT Load.  The facility has N+1 resilience with 2N 10MVA 10.75kV Distribution Substation.  The project has been delivered to and achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and UTI Tier III accreditation with a ‘best in class’ PUE.  The Clients initial Design Team were UK based with local partners selected for the project delivery stage.
