The site was located on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge just across the street from Harrods Dept. store. This was an extremely busy thoroughfare through Knightsbridge with surrounding properties of retail, office and residential accommodation.

The works were carried out while the existing ground floor of the building remained occupied by Waitrose and Sainsburys.

The façade was created using the highest quality materials, reflecting the building’s position within the Knightsbridge Conservation Area. The building’s new frontage has been thoughtfully designed to enhance the wider area.

Internally, the refurbishment and alteration works included the redevelopment of the reception, WCs and common parts. The entrance experience was greatly improved with an impressive double height entrance and elegant reception area. 

From the ground floor through to fourth floor, additional accommodation has been maximised with a rear extension to the first, second and third levels.  An extension to the fifth floor enhanced the offering of Moreau House, offering unique views across to Harrods and beyond into Knightsbridge from the newly created terraces.
