Bennett Construction were the Main Contractor on the Fit Out of the New Penneys Store, Dundrum.

The project included the remodeling of an existing shop unit in the Dundrum Shopping Centre.  The project entailed the Retail fit-out, stockrooms, back of house areas and office accommodation for Penneys.   The fit-out included the installation of mechanical, electrical, sprinkler systems, etc. and all associated services.

The fit-out  took take place over a number of levels from Basement (Level -1) to Second Floor (Level 3) and plant located on the Roof Area (Level 4).  The fitout provides a total gross area of circa 7,800m2 to Primark.  This includes sales area of approx 5,570 m2 (~60,000sq. ft) to Primark standards.  Trading areas to First and Second Floors, goods-in with stock rooms at First and Second & Staff Area at Second Floor Level included in the above areas.  The project also included new plant installed at the external plant areas roof level.
