This design and build project involved works to the main Penneys (Primark) Head Office/ Retail Store in Dublin. 

It involved the phased restorations, remodelling, refurbishment and extension of the existing retail trading store up to ‘flag ship’ standards.  The GFA of the existing store was circa 17,500 m2 (including 2nd and 3rd floors) with works area in the order of 13600 m2.  

Part of the existing store is a listed building and many of the features protected.  Bennett completed this refurbishment in line with best practice.

During the fit out of the trading store, the existing finishes and all services were stripped out and the areas refitted to Primark Flagship standards.
