The works comprised the design and construction of two Plots: Plot 202 (122 nr residential dwellings, class A3 café space, class D1 nursery space, plus associated infrastructure, landscaping and car parking) & Plot 203 (119 residential dwellings, class D2 community centre space and management facility, associated infrastructure, landscaping and car parking).

The site was located on the Greenwich Peninsular within the heart of the Greenwich Millennium Village Development.

The development  was situated just of the busy West Parkside road which is also used to serve neighbouring construction sites alongside live residential developments. 

Bennett have completed numerous GMV phases within close proximity of the development most notably GMV 3, 4, 5 & 6

The building looks onto Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park.
