Bennett have been appointed as the Principal Contractor for the redevelopment of 43 Brook Green, a 1930s commercial building in West London for developer General Projects and investor Neo Capital.

This is Bennett Construction and General Projects first partnership which will see this rare 1930s building in West London transformed into 120,000 sq ft Grade A office for the future generation, with construction due to commence Q2 2024.

The project will involve the removal of the existing top floor of the building, construction consists of , providing additional floor space through enlarged floor plates and stepped landscaped terraces. The re-development of Brook Green will call for meticulous planning to deal with the logistical challenges of working on a very confined site and will draw on previous cut & carve experience by Bennett on numerous commercial projects in the London market.

Central to the redevelopment is a sophisticated upper-level extension, offering expansive, light-filled office spaces with panoramic views of London and access to a beautifully landscaped wraparound terrace. Designed with health and wellbeing at its core, the project emphasizes the enhancement of biodiversity and urban greening.
